Feeding our soul

안녕하세요!!Hello lovies!! How was your week? :)

First of all, I have been learning Korean. It kinda confusing and mind-consuming at the beginning but it's an interesting language to learn and its easier than Chinese or Japanese. Yes, I learn Korean on my own :)

Yesterday when I got in the car and told mom that I bought a Korean CD. Mom told me a story that brought tears to my eyes. Its about a 5 year old girl who suffers from liver cancer since a month old. So can you imagine how long is must have been? Going in and out the hospital all the time, having tubes insert into the body. Who could bear that kind of pain? and yet she still puts on a big smile on her face. This people are much more grateful and thankful than us. Yet she didn't complain. It make me think about how fortunate we are because we lead a normal life. Money that we spend on unnecessary things should be given to this people who's needs are much greater than ours. Be grateful with what you have :)

This morning I skip school and offer to help mom run some urgent errands. Then we headed straight to the mall to get some things on the checklist. When into this gift shop which is decorated with petite little things. The stuff looks pretty in pink! :D Something caught my eye, this little silver chain with the letter E on it. Was mesmerise at the moment. I was already gripping it tightly and was approaching the counter when this sentence strike my mind. " Is this necessary? Is this what you really need? Think of that 5 year old girl." Instantly I pop the chain back into its original place.

Humans tend to buy their favourite things to feed and satisfy one's soul. But we should really think about those unfortunate ones who has no shelter to run to, no food to eat, no place to call home but yet here we are spending money like water. When you eat, finish everything that's on your plate, constantly remind yourself about the African people who does not have food on the table. And most importantly pray for this precious ones. When you hand them something, a big smile will appear on their face, to them even the tiniest thing means the world to them. Learn to be thankful that God gave you a normal life :)

That story really touch me and I hope it will touch other people's life.I got a vision to make a difference and it's starting today. I close my eyes and I can see a better day. I close my eyes and pray for the for the broken-hearted, pray for the life not started and I pray for all the souls in need :) Make a difference today!!! We can do noting if we rely on human strength but with God's strength, everything is POSSIBLE!! God's out powering love is everlasting! Ask god to be your strength, wisdom. This few weeks, I struggle with my assignments, classes and music lessons. I try to reach the top but each time I do, I fall straight to the ground, hard. Then I realise I wasn't counting on God but on my human ability's. I prayed and cried non-stop. The past few days, I experience a spark in my life, God was helping me through this times of need, and guess what? Everything seems to be getting better and I'm not stressed out like I was before :) God is amazing, wonderful and full of surprises :)

So I urge everyone today to seek God and ask God to be your guide, wisdom and strength! :D Have a blessed week and God bless!! :)
